Although still warmer than normal, in the vicinity of the Central Rockies many areas were 8 to 12 cooler than the previous week. The Eastern States warmed noticeably. Many eastern locations averaged 80 to 15 warmer than the previous week. Although warmer than last week, locations along the Atlantic still averaged cooler than normal.
