At the start of it, I had everything: a successful career, a beautiful wife, two sons whom I adored... and, alas, a hair-trigger temper. Juggling relationships, work and family commitments, business travel, house move and other aspects of what goes by the innocuous term 'daily life' was already driving me mad. Add to that unreliable builders, incompetent IT suppliers, unhelpful banking staff, you name it, and inevitably my proverbial cup would soon be running over.
