Book excerpt: I here, possibly for the first time, present a concise book about rare cancers in an important and central area of the world, the Twenty-Two Arab Countries (TTACs), who still unfortunately know that some of these RCs are not rare but are common in their countries. After reviewing the individual TTACs’ RC lists, it became clear that ovary/cervix uteri/ corpus uteri (endometrium)/ female genital cancers as well as, most of the endocrine cancers are common cancers in 21 Arab countries, taking into account that both Comoros and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have the highest rates. This new conclusion should urge Arab World to re-consider their policies in cancer management.
