This includes blatant violations of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) - evidence indicating that the government of Iran was responsible for the murder of innocent civilians and children in 2019; when Iran's security forces unlawfully resorted to lethal force to crush nationwide protests; killing hundreds of activists, bystanders and at least 23 children. Also the NGO Human Rights Watch has reported of violations on freedom of association, expression and gender violence - as well as arbitrary detentions, torture and other ill-treatment; resulting in death and executions in Iran. Hence Iran's security agencies - in particular the IRGC - are responsible of perpetrating human rights violations in Iran, including reported abuse and execution of children which is a flagrant violation of the UNCRC and the UDHR. It is also imperative that all detained Americans in Iran are released - as well as all unjustly detained lawyers, activists and government critics - so that they can go home to their families, and the Iran nuclear deal can be manifested. Iran should also comply with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) and commence with nuclear disarmament - as stipulated by International Law. Failure to abide by the NPT would not only be in breach of International Law, but may also cause a war in the region. Hence it is imperative that Mr Ali Khamenei and his subordinates - in particular the IRGC - abide by the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA); so that peace and prosperity can be manifested in Iran, and US sanctions can be lifted. However, should Ali Khamenei and the IRGC really want a war, they can have one - our opinion being, that in the event of war, surgical strikes against evildoers may be the best course of action here. In other words, if Mr Ali Khamenei and his subordinates do not wish peace, and refuse to implement nuclear disarmament, Israel has the 'green light' to commence with necessary surgical strikes against Iran's evil regime - to restore the UDHR and UNCRC in Iran. However, war with Iran cannot be the only option. In short, the United States and Israel have to offer Iran a concrete alternative - such as the lifting of all sanctions, once Iran fully complies with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
