This book involves the development of two new mesoporous silica based luminescent magnetic nanostructures for high loading of various therapeutic toxins and their delivery at the target site.The single developed nanostructures can have multiple functionalities like magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast, fluorescence imaging and drug delivery.
