The development of Htrae is entrusted to Ambassador Marius, Chief Mediator for the Universe, who will be aided by Sir Cellular, Professor Biogenics and Master Ether. Their mission is to prepare the inhabitants of Htrae, called Starians, for the execution of - Operation Earth Angel.
