The Oral Board ? How to prepare for the oral boards, what you really need to know, what they are actually looking for, the truth as to how they are graded, and how that can be optimized for you.10. Oral Board Scenarios ? Practice Scenarios (approximately 30) that are likely to be faced on the oral board phase of testing, the perfect answers for those scenarios, and a universal system to easily adapt the prefect answers to any question that is presented. These scenarios are our pride, not only will they give you everything you need for testing, they give you what you need to know on the streets to effectively handle things such as:Step by step on what to do with a new shift or squad, how to handle various administrative, personnel, routine, and tactical situations. What do you do if you are left in charge and there is an active shooter that is barricaded? What do you do when you find out your officer was just involved in a domestic incident?
