Book excerpt: As part of the archaeological investigation for the development of the Stonegate properties, two storm drain outfall corridors were investigated by International Archaeological Consultants. The outfalls will service 12.34 acres of the 22.8 acre development of residential housing. The methodolgy to investigate the corridors was developed on an ongoing basis with Alexandria archaeology and was based on weekly evaluations of the entire area under investigation.
