Book excerpt: In this paper, we propose two new three-way decision models based on decision theoretic rough sets with single-valued neutrosophic information. The difference between the two models is different ranking methods. One is the ranking method based on cosine similarity measure. The other is the ranking method based on Euclidean distance. We give the key steps of the propose models and present an example of breakfast shop siting problem to show the rationality and practicability of the proposed models. Finally, we make comparison analysis between the two models, and compare our models with other existing related models.
